Join us for an inspiring ceremony celebrating resilience and strength in the face of challenges at the 2025 OAKS Ceremony

The OAKS (Overcoming Adversity Keeping Strong) Scholarship Program recognizes students who have overcome significant challenges during their lives and supports them with a scholarship to help offset the cost of their tuition at Rochester Community and Technical College. Formerly called the Beat the Odds scholarship, this scholarship program has awarded more than $335,000 to191 student recipients to help them succeed.
